Evidence
How we measure it, and how we know it works.
Buyers don't fund what they can't defend. So the measurement story and the evidence sit here, in the open.
The 'Proof Stack'.
Every engagement is wrapped in five layers of measurement, so you can see what moved and take it to your board.
-
Confidence movement
Participants self-score their confidence on their specific situations, before the Day and again at the Follow On. The headline number.
-
Observed behaviour change
A short before-and-after read from each participant's line manager. Third-party, and credible.
-
Situation evidence
The used-to-avoid-it, now-handle-it stories, captured at the Follow On.
-
Business contribution, honestly framed
Your own metric, reported as our contribution among other factors.

Board-ready summary
One page in leadership language, so you can justify and renew the spend.
Contribution, not attribution.
Here is the part most providers won't say. We never claim we caused a business number. We show what moved, confidence and behaviour, and the plausible chain to the outcome, and we report any business movement as our contribution among other factors. For a serious buyer, that honesty is the point. It's how you know the rest of the numbers are real.
The evidence.
The clearest evidence is a client that keeps coming back. forefront has worked with Dunelm, the national retailer, across three successive programmes, difficult conversations, public speaking, and running effective meetings, repeat-booked over more than two years. Rebooking on that scale isn't a testimonial, it is a decision an organisation keeps making because the work keeps paying off.
What we can stand behind: across 21 one-to-one public speaking sessions at Dunelm, participants rated the coaching 4.95 out of 5, and managers saw colleagues applying the difficult-conversations skills back in the business. That is confidence and behaviour moving, measured, and honestly ours. The wider business results are Dunelm's own.
Alongside Dunelm, the scale: more than 1,500 leaders coached. Client logos sit here with permission, and individual participants stay anonymous.

In their words
-
Mike and Will had a lot of energy and really focused on not only the content but helping us with specific circumstances at Dunelm for immediate value.
Participant, Dunelm -
Mike created such a safe and supportive space that once I was up at the front, I felt surprisingly comfortable. I genuinely enjoyed the session and would highly recommend it. In fact, I'd say it's one of the best courses I've ever attended.
Participant, public speaking programme, Dunelm -
This is the second workshop I have attended with forefront. Both have been very informative, collaborative and interactive, and I have taken numerous things away from both that I can apply in my day to day role.
Participant, Dunelm -
The simulated scenarios are a highlight for me, and credit to the acting acumen of Mike and Will, the scenarios feel extremely realistic and they adapt brilliantly on the fly.

Questions about evidence
How do you measure the impact of communication training?
Every engagement is wrapped in a five-layer 'Proof Stack': confidence self-scored before and after, a line-manager read on behaviour change, real situation stories, any business movement reported honestly as our contribution, and a board-ready summary.
Does this kind of training actually work?
The clearest evidence is depth and repeat booking. Dunelm has repeat-booked us across three successive programmes over more than two years, and across 21 one-to-one public speaking sessions there participants rated the coaching 4.95 out of 5. Alongside that, more than 1,500 leaders coached.
Do you claim you caused our business results?
No, and that is deliberate. We show what moved, confidence and behaviour, and the plausible chain to the outcome, and we report any business movement as our contribution among other factors, never as a claim we caused it.
